// 06Common mistakes on SSG 92A NCOERs
Internal metrics without the customer number. Stock accuracy matters because units got their parts. Pair the internal rate with the fill rate or a supported unit’s readiness, and the bullet speaks to raters outside the warehouse.
Backlogs managed instead of killed. A backlog reduced is a chore; a backlog eliminated and held at zero is a system. If the section built the system, the bullet should claim the zero and the hold.
