Tempo as the whole report. Every truck squad is busy; volume proves employment, not excellence. The differentiators are the completion rate, the safety record, and the availability delta with this NCO’s mechanism attached.
Convoy command development skipped. Team leaders who can plan and command a serial are the squad’s next generation, and qualifying them is countable. It is also the bullet boards weigh heaviest at SSG.
Maintenance credited entirely to the shop. Operator-level maintenance is the squad leader’s program. If availability climbed because his operators owned their trucks, the bullet should claim the program, honestly shared with the motor sergeant.
