Each one is a number the medical platoon can verify.

Why this reads at Far Exceeded strength: a diagnosed failure turned into a perfect retest and a battalion-wide artifact. The adoption beyond his own company is the enduring effect that lifts this over a strong ¶3-11a(3).
// 06Common mistakes on SGT 68W NCOERs
Patient stories instead of program numbers. Treatment anecdotes do not belong on an NCOER and usually cannot be verified. The evidence is programs and numbers: CLS certified, readiness percentage moved, validations passed, coverage delivered.
Medical readiness credited to the aid station. If the supported company’s readiness climbed because this medic chased the appointments, say so with both numbers. Vague credit evaporates upward to the medical platoon by default.
Tier adjectives on the two-box form. DA Form 2166-9-1 has no Exceeded box to award. Bank the Exceeded-strength facts, deltas and validation scores, in plain Met-block bullets; they are what the four-box form and the board will run on later.
