Reporting to two masters in one bullet. Provost marshal metrics and maneuver support metrics are different evidence chains. Give each its own bullet with its own gate; blending them muddies both and invites the reader to discount each.
Discipline record left unstated. A year of armed operations with zero sustained complaints is a platoon-level character fact the board can weigh in seconds. It is also the first thing lost when drafts chase activity counts.
Development claimed without gates. At SFC the board wants the pipeline and its products: certifications first-time, boards won, selections earned. “Mentored subordinates” without a gate is a sentence about intentions.
