Gallons without the zeros. Volume without the safety and quality record is half a claim. A quarter million gallons matters because it moved with zero spills and zero failed samples; write all three numbers together.

The environmental record assumed. One spill defines a fuel handler’s year. A clean record is therefore never filler; it is the standard proven under the highest consequence in the MOS.
